Who runs the site
The site is run by CERAM KING ART SRL, registered office in Bucharest, sector 1, Strada Polonă nr. 55, contact office@dental-travels.eu and +40 722 615 811. Using the site means you accept the rules below.
What you find here
The site presents the clinic, its own dental laboratory and the treatments we carry out. The information is general and meant for orientation.
The information here guides you, a consultation decides
A treatment plan is set after a clinical examination and investigations, at the surgery. The texts on the site describe how a treatment usually goes, and each patient's situation can differ. For a dental problem, see a dentist.
The duration of treatments, the number of visits and the result depend on the clinical situation, so they are settled case by case.
The contact form
Through the form you ask for information or an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after we speak by phone or on WhatsApp, so sending the form remains a request.
The data you send is used as described in the privacy policy.
Rights over the content
The texts, images, drawings and code of the site belong to the operator or are used with the authors' agreement. You may read them and send links to them. To reuse a text or an image, ask for written agreement.
Links to other sites
The site contains links to other addresses, for example to WhatsApp. What happens there follows the rules of those sites.
Liability
The operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the information correct and current and corrects it when an error is found. For technical interruptions, display errors or losses arising from the use of the site, liability is limited to what the law provides.
Applicable law
Romanian law applies to these terms. Disagreements are settled amicably, and if the parties stay apart, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
As a patient or consumer you may also address the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection, anpc.ro. For matters concerning the medical act, you may address the Romanian College of Dentists, cmsr.ro.
