How we use the data you send us through this site and what rights you have over it.
Who processes the data
The site www.dental-travels.eu is run by CERAM KING ART SRL, registered office in Bucharest, sector 1, Strada Polonă nr. 55. For any question about your data, write to office@dental-travels.eu or call +40 722 615 811.
What data we receive
Through the form on the site you send us your name, your phone or WhatsApp number, the treatment you are interested in and, if you wish, a short description of the problem. The form asks for that much only: it has no e-mail field and no payment field.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by e-mail, we receive what you choose to send: the message, the phone number or the e-mail address and sometimes X-rays or photographs of your teeth.
The server that hosts the site keeps, as any web server does, the IP address and the time of the visit, in its technical log files.
About health data
The description of a dental problem, X-rays and photographs are health data, which the law protects more strictly. We use them only to prepare an answer and a preliminary treatment plan, on the basis of your explicit consent. If you prefer, write in the form only that you want to be contacted and we discuss the rest by phone.
Why we use it
- To answer you and propose a treatment plan: the basis is your consent, given through the tick box in the form.
- To keep records of appointments and treatments, if you become a patient: the basis is the contract for medical services and the legal obligations of a dental clinic.
- To keep the site running and safe: the basis is our legitimate interest.
Who else sees the data
Messages arrive in the clinic's mailbox and the team reads them. Beyond the team, the data passes through the site's hosting provider and the e-mail provider, both in the European Union, strictly as far as the services need. The data stays with the clinic: we keep it to ourselves and use it only for the purposes above.
If you write on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through the WhatsApp service, under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Messages from the form: up to one year after the last exchange, if you do not become a patient.
- The site's e-mail log: 30 days.
- Patient records and medical documents: the periods required by medical legislation.
- Technical server logs: the period set by the hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see what data we hold about you, to correct it, to erase it, to restrict its use, to receive it in a file, to object to the processing or to withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent leaves untouched what was lawfully done before.
Write to office@dental-travels.eu and we answer within one month at the latest. If the answer leaves you unsatisfied, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru nr. 28-30, sector 1, Bucharest, anspdcp@dataprotection.ro, or to the authority in your own country.
Children
The site addresses adults. For a patient under 18, the request is sent by a parent or legal guardian.
Changes
If we change the way we use the data, we update this page. This version is from 29 October 2026.
